So many things just itching to get in there and do some damage.  Heredity, lifestyle, stress, aging, illness and yes, even environment.  There is no way to escape all the villains ready to attack and destroy the <strong>youthful</strong>, <strong>healthy appearance</strong> of our younger days. In previous posts I have addressed every issue except for environment.  Today that is what we will focus on.</p>
<p>Does environment merely mean where you reside? Does it mean the surroundings where you spend little of your time? Does it mean the surroundings where you spend a lot of your time? Some folks have had much harder times than others.  We get through those hard times and challenges.  We somehow manage to find the strength within ourselves and get out of bed to face the day.
