Ah, relaxing by the pool, beach or just in the front yard on one of those aluminum lawn chairs with the slats that your butt keeps falling through. Radio? Check. Romance novel? Check. Chilled beverage? (with or without the little umbrella) Check. Sunscreen? (Insert really annoying screeching noise here.)

When we were teenagers, our primary goal when the days got longer and the sun got brighter, was to put much effort into acquiring the ‘perfect tan’. Baby oil, sometimes baby oil with iodine, and accelerators were by our side as we basked in the beautiful rays. That first time out there in the sun often brought out a little more rosey than we preferred, but comfort was easily obtained with the reasoning that now we had a good ‘base’ to build on for the rest of the season.

So build we did. Hours of unprotected exposure to what we now know was not the best idea we ever had. Today our faces are exacting their revenge from the damaging, torturous abuse we imposed on it.

Alligator skin, saggy pruny wrinkles. Oh, if we could only go back and know what we do now. You do have something going for you now that you didn’t have then. You are wiser. Now you know to protect the largest organ of your body. And you can undo some of the damage. The creases and crevices created by the suns damage can be minimized dramatically by utilizing the fivein5 facial exercises. These face toning exercises will build a healthier, smoother facial appearance from the inside out. Increase the blood flow to the areas and build a stronger foundation beneath the surface, to tighten and firm the damage you’ve done. No chemicals or radioactive rays involved. Just five minutes a day to undo years of naïve behavior.

So go ahead and drag out that butt squishing lawn chair. Just remember to use your sunscreen and wear a hat. Turn on the radio and take five minutes to do those exercises before you immerse yourself in the latest romance novel.

Looking back through pictures from years and years ago can be a frightening awakening. You see the smooth, glowing skin from your heydays. Bright, toned, healthy complexion. For many of us, the wear and tear of managing a family, raising children and also working outside of the home can take a big role in fading the face we see in pictures from our past.

How many of us have put in a days work outside of the home and then put in practically another full days work once we’ve clocked out at the office? There’s picking up the children, maybe stopping at the grocery store or running other errands you couldn’t do while at the office, getting home and tossing a load of laundry in the washer, fixing dinner, tending to the children, cleaning etc… The list goes on and on for a typical woman in today’s times.

It isn’t any wonder your skin is worn out. It’s tired. Just like the rest of you. The circles under your eyes, the washed out tone, the wrinkles. Oh, the wrinkles. Moms worry. We worry about everything from wanting our children to be healthy and well adjusted individuals to mortgage payments; and everything in between. We worry about our friends’ problems, we worry about our extended family, and we worry if we remembered to do all that we had to get done today. And we worry about all the things we have to do tomorrow.

I have a suggestion. Take five minutes for yourself. You deserve it. Actually, you deserve more, but let’s not push it. Baby Steps. In those five minutes a day using the Fivein5 method, you can do some relaxing facial exercises that will rejuvenate and refresh your appearance. The telltale lines of worry will begin to visibly diminish within the first five days of use. Some women can immediately notice a lift in their eyebrows after the first session. It only takes 30 days to see significant results. That’s only two and a half hours out of your month and it is in five minute increments at a time.

The laundry can wait. The dusting can wait. Dinner can wait. Five minutes. Take them, for YOU.

Is your self esteem getting lower and lower because you see the changes in your appearance? Have you been trying every potion and cream you can find to undo those changes? Have you looked in the mirror lately and begun to wonder if you should join the masses and start looking for a cosmetic surgeon? Stop. Just Stop.

Step away from the knife. That’s it. Slowly. Slowly. You got it. Good. Now take a deep breath. There is a way you can get the results you want; find the person you know you can be. Soon your self esteem will be soaring and you will be running out to buy more mirrors.

Facial toning exercises, adoringly called the Fivein5, will bring you amazing results in your facial appearance without the risk and cost of surgery. The person you remember is still in there. Aging is programmed to blast its presence right there on your face for everyone to see. With five simple exercises five minutes a day, you can defy the natural order of things without putting cosmetic surgeons’ children through college.

The Iphone beauty application is only a onetime fee of $4.95. Yep, you read that correctly. Most creams and potions are extremely expensive for just a small amount of product. The containers usually contain a 30 day supply. Some can burn your skin to get to the good stuff underneath. That seems a bit drastic to me.

The fivein5 beauty regime uses no additives, no chemicals, nothing artificial. Actually, all you need to utilize the program is your face and five minutes a day. I’m pretty sure most of us have those two things on hand. The five minute facial exercises increase blood flow to your facial area. This creates healthy tissue that works its way to the surface as your skins natural exfoliation process occurs. The radiant glowing skin is also toned and tightened as the muscles in your face gain strength. You get to keep all your face with the exercises, not have the edges trimmed off and tightened along your hairline to get results.

As you see the results of the Fivein5 facial toning exercises, your self esteem will re-surface; Just like the healthy, toned, beautiful you that’s been buried within.
